Directory listings

Listings are compiled from public records, chiefly the federal NPI registry. We try to keep them accurate but don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation, and we don't verify the qualifications, licensing or quality of any provider. Confirm details directly with the provider.

Claimed listings

Practices that claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and confirm they're authorized to act for the practice. Paid listings renew until canceled and can be canceled at any time; the listing then returns to a basic listing. We may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that burdens the service, no submitting false claims or messages, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Content ownership

Guides, design and original text on this site belong to Dr Auditory. Public-record data remains public. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Dr Auditory isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content or listings.
